This product works excellent with my speed sled. Heavy duty straps and ring hook, so no chance of it breaking under a load. I have also used this with resistance bands, and again it performs great. I would definitely recommend this product to all athletes who are looking to put some variation in their workouts, and you'll get faster using it.
